1. Scope

This Policy explains how the Operator processes personal data when you use the web application (registration, authentication, messaging, CRM modules, blog, conferences and related features).

This is a neutral baseline pack. It is not tailored legal advice for a specific country. Local laws (including GDPR, CCPA or other regimes) may require additional notices, DPIAs or contracts.

2. Data we may process

  • account identifiers (wallet address, email, Telegram id / username);
  • profile data you provide;
  • session and technical data (session cookie, IP address, User-Agent, UI language);
  • message, comment, ticket and uploaded file content;
  • consent records (document type, channel, time, status);
  • blog subscription and transactional email metadata;
  • conference participant and room identifiers;
  • addresses or other data you enter in forms.

3. Purposes

  • providing and securing the web application;
  • authentication and account management;
  • support, contracting and communications;
  • compliance with applicable law and protection of the Operator’s rights;
  • optional AI-assisted features where you use them and where a separate notice/consent applies.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location and the feature used, processing may rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (security, service integrity) and/or legal obligations. Where consent is required, it is collected in the web application interface and recorded.

5. Sharing and international transfers

The Operator may use processors (hosting, email delivery, geocoding, video infrastructure, AI providers, messaging platforms). Some processors may be located outside your country. Where required by law, appropriate transfer safeguards should be applied.
