Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the Digital Legal Entity (DLE) web application provided by VC HB3 Accelerator (VC HB3 Accelerator) at https://hb3-accelerator.com (hb3-accelerator.com).

1. Nature of the service

The web application provides collaboration, document, CRM and related tooling. It is not legal advice, a law firm service, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance for your business.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials/devices under your control. Wallet, email or Telegram sign-in methods may be enabled by the Operator.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the web application (unauthorized access, malware, spam, infringement, unlawful content). The Operator may suspend access to protect the platform or third parties.

4. Content and IP

You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the licence needed for the Operator to host and process it to provide the web application. The DLE software and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders.

5. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice published alongside these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The web application is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s liability is limited to direct damages and exclusions typical for SaaS tools. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact
