The Parties confirm: crediting the token to the stated address constitutes **acceptance of the EULA** by the Customer in relation to the Rightsholder (LICENSE). The Contractor is not the owner of the DLE source code.

## 6. Confirmation

6.1. The Parties confirm that the **license delivery and one-off services** listed in § 3 have been performed in the agreed scope.

6.2. The acceptance procedure and on-chain record are also governed by the document “Digital Legal Entity Terms of Purchase and Service” (service-terms). The wallet address and Tx/Hash above identify the fact of token transfer.

6.3. This Act does **not** terminate obligations for updates and support for the term set by service-terms (baseline 5 years from the on-chain transfer date) and does **not** revoke the perpetual right to use the delivered instance (EULA § 6.4, § 14).

6.4. The software instance after installation and the right to use it are a **Customer asset** within the limits of the EULA.
