### Perpetual License

- **💰 Price:** $1,000 USDT (Standard) or $10,000 USDT (Priority)
- **⏳ Term:** Lifetime (no time limit)
- **🔄 Updates:** Free for 5 years for license token holders (see [service-terms](./service-terms.md))

### Management via DLE Smart Contract

Application development is managed through a blockchain smart contract (tokenized joint-stock company):

- **1 token = 1 vote** regardless of quantity
- **51%+ for approval** majority decision
