# Attribution Requirements

## Mandatory Attribution

When using any code from the DLE (Digital Legal Entity) project, including individual functions, modules, or algorithms, you must indicate the source.

## What Requires Attribution

### Must indicate source:
- Any functions or methods
- Algorithms and logic
- Data structures
- Configuration files
- Styles and UI components
- Documentation and comments

### Does not require attribution:
- Standard libraries and frameworks
- Well-known algorithms
- Basic programming patterns

## Attribution Violations

### Considered a violation:
- Using code without indicating source
- Removing or modifying attribution
- Incorrect author indication

### Consequences:
- Automatic license termination
- Possibility of legal action
- Requirement to immediately cease use
