What is VC HB3 Accelerator?
A venture fund and software provider. It develops the DLE platform, helps businesses configure and test it in a sandbox, and invests in companies created by accelerator participants. More: accelerator-program.md
What is the DLE platform?
Digital Legal Entity (DLE) is a microservices platform with a web application for on-premises deployment on company servers. It includes tools for configuring AI agents and a smart contract system with support for tax, accounting, banking, and other identifiers set by the regulator. It allows moving away from fragmented SaaS services and meets regulator requirements for data storage.
Where is the fund registered?
The fund is in the process of registration in special economic zones (IT hub sandboxes). Registration is not complete at the time of publication. More: DISCLAIMERS.md
Tokens and Investing
How do I buy governance tokens?
Tokens can be purchased from VC HB3 Accelerator. Minimum investment: 10,000 USDT (10 tokens), maximum: 100,000 USDT (100 tokens) per line of business. More: for-investors.md
What rights do tokens give?
- Dividends (15% of all treasury inflows)
- Participation in on-chain voting (1 token = 1 vote, 51% quorum)
- Creating proposals for voting
- Access to accelerator projects and co-investment opportunities

Can I sell tokens?
After the lock-up period (60 months) — yes. Options: sell back to the treasury at minimum price or on the secondary market at market price. More: financial-calculations.md
Are tokens securities?
Governance tokens of a venture fund may be classified as securities in some jurisdictions. Consult lawyers in your jurisdiction. More: DISCLAIMERS.md
Financial Model
How is profit distributed?
15% — dividends to token holders, 15% — operating expenses (contractors, support), 70% — investments in portfolio companies. More: business-model.md
How is returns calculated?
Returns come from dividends, growth in minimum token price (as treasury grows), and portfolio company performance. Documents include conservative and optimistic scenarios. More: financial-calculations.md
What are the risks?
Regulatory (law changes), technological (smart contract vulnerabilities), market (competition, demand), financial (insufficient inflows). Investing involves risks, including possible total loss. More: DISCLAIMERS.md
Platform and License
What’s included in the license?
DLE platform template with updates for 5 years. Plans: Standard (1,000 USDT) and Premium (10,000 USDT). More: business-model.md
Is the platform secure?
On-premises deployment (data on company servers), TLS 1.3 / AES-256 encryption, local AI model without cloud requests, open source for independent audit. Complete elimination of all risks is not possible.
