## 1. General
|

The documents in this repository are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute:
|
|
|
|
- investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold tokens, securities, or other financial instruments;
|
|
- an offer to sell or an invitation to buy securities, tokens, or other financial instruments in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

## 2. Financial Forecasts
|

|

### Regulatory Risks
|
|
|
|
- VC HB3 Accelerator governance tokens may be classified as securities in some jurisdictions (Howey test, MiCA, and other criteria).
|
|
- Legal status of tokens varies by country; in some jurisdictions they may be prohibited or require licensing.
|
|
- Regulatory requirements may change.
|
|
|
|
### Fund Status
|
|
|
|
- VC HB3 Accelerator is in the process of registration in special economic zones.
|
|
- Registration is not complete at the time of publication. It may be delayed, changed, or rejected.
|
|
- Investment is only possible after registration is complete and all regulatory requirements are met.
|
|
|
|
### Technological Risks
|
|
|
|
The Digital Legal Entity (DLE) platform and related technology are subject to risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, scaling issues, dependence on external components, and cyber attacks.
|
|
|
|
Risk mitigation: security audits, open source, on-premises deployment. Complete elimination of risks is not possible.
|
|
|
|
### Business Risks
|
|
|
|
VC HB3 Accelerator does not guarantee achievement of planned metrics, successful registration in target jurisdictions, attraction of the planned number of participants, successful exits from portfolio companies, or any specific returns.

## 4. Jurisdictional Limitations
|
|
|
|
Participation in the project and acquisition of tokens may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. Before participating, ensure that it is legal in your jurisdiction and consult lawyers if needed.

## 5. Document Changes
|
|
|
|
VC HB3 Accelerator reserves the right to change information in the documents, update forecasts and plans, and adjust the business model and strategy without prior notice. Information is current as of the last update date.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
|
|
|
|
VC HB3 Accelerator, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for losses arising from use of information in the documents, decisions made on that basis, changes in law, technological failures, or actions of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of VC HB3 Accelerator is limited to the amount actually paid for governance tokens (if applicable).

These disclaimers do not limit rights under applicable law.

|

|
|
Before making investment or other decisions, it is recommended to conduct your own analysis (Due Diligence), consult financial and legal advisors in your jurisdiction, and invest only funds you can afford to lose.
