The Parties confirm: crediting the token to the stated address constitutes acceptance of the EULA by the Customer in relation to the Rightsholder (LICENSE). The Contractor is not the owner of the DLE source code.

6. Confirmation

6.1. The Parties confirm that the license delivery and one-off services listed in § 3 have been performed in the agreed scope.

6.2. The acceptance procedure and on-chain record are also governed by the document “Digital Legal Entity Terms of Purchase and Service” (service-terms). The wallet address and Tx/Hash above identify the fact of token transfer.

6.3. This Act does not terminate obligations for updates and support for the term set by service-terms (baseline 5 years from the on-chain transfer date) and does not revoke the perpetual right to use the delivered instance (EULA § 6.4, § 14).

6.4. The software instance after installation and the right to use it are a Customer asset within the limits of the EULA.
